About the apartments
The building consists of 5 floors with 188 apartments. On top it has a roof terrace. The apartments have either one or two rooms and a small French balcony. All the apartments have their own bathroom and kitchen, which makes it possible to apply for housing aid. 

Facilities
Although each home has its own kitchen, the complex is equipped with two common kitchens and living rooms on each floor, which invites for social gatherings. In addition, the housing complex’s many common facilities include lounge and work areas, common rooms, yoga room and a laundromat.

The location
The housing complex is centrally located in Frederiksberg, within walking distance to e.g. Frederiksberg Garden, Frederiksberg Center and Copenhagen Business School.  Metro is to be found a few hundred meters away.

The rent starts from DKK 7,250/month.
