Hessensgade student residences are located on a side street off Amager’s Holmbladsgade, which connects Amagerbro with Strandparken. The property on Hessensgade consists of nine student residences and 33 other residences. There are eight one-room student residences and one two-room residence. The one-room residences have individual kitchens but shared bathrooms, while the larger residence has both a private bathroom and kitchen. The property also includes a laundry room, common room, and a courtyard with a playground. Up to two cats are allowed, but dogs are not permitted.

Rent

The eight one-room residences are 28 square meters and cost 2,746 – 3,036 DKK per month (July 2024).
The two-room residence is 52 square meters and costs 4,747 DKK per month (July 2024).
Note that housing subsidies can be applied for, as all residences have individual kitchens.
