In the heart of Ørestad, these new and modern youth apartments combine privacy with a strong sense of community. You’ll be within walking distance of Royal Arena, the metro, a swimming pool, Fields shopping centre, and green spaces — ideally located between city life and a calmer natural setting.
Available apartments
There are currently 5 homes available. These are 1-room youth apartments ranging from 38 to 41 m² with monthly rent from DKK 9,200 up to DKK 9,600. All of these homes have their own kitchen and private bathroom, and several apartments in the development also include a balcony or terrace. You may be eligible for housing benefits, which can help reduce the monthly cost. The available homes can be taken over from 1 July 2026, 15 July 2026, 1 September 2026, and 1 October 2026.
The apartments
The homes are designed to make the most of the space, and each apartment comes with its own kitchen and private bathroom. Several of the homes also have a balcony or terrace, and the development has been planned to support both privacy and spontaneous interaction with neighbours.
The social side of everyday life is supported by green courtyards, shared indoor spaces, and outdoor terraces. On the ground floor, there is both a café and a grocery store, making informal meetups easy. As an added feature, the original trees from the area have been preserved and incorporated into the outdoor setting as part of the atmosphere and history of the site.
