Samuels Hus has been serving as student and family housing since 2017. After being transformed from a church, the building now offers 32 one-room apartments and two family apartments. The housing units are spread across four floors, with the three lower levels having normal ceiling height, while the top floor features double height with a vaulted ceiling and loft.

Housing

The conversion of Samuels Kirke into student housing was done in a more environmentally friendly manner, as much of the original building has been preserved instead of demolished. As a result, the exterior of the building remains the same. This has led to the uniqueness of all 34 apartments in Samuels Hus, as none of them are identical.
