On Sygehusvej in Køge, there is a three-story building with 36 youth residences for students. The youth residences are bright and come in different sizes with one or two rooms, along with attractive shared facilities. From the residences, it’s only one kilometer to Køge Station, where you can easily take both S-trains and regional trains to and from Køge. Køge center, with its shops and charming old square, is also just a short walk away.
All residences have their own bathroom/toilet and kitchenette. There are two different types of residences, as described below:
Rent
1-room residences – 32-32 square meters. 3,990 DKK per month, including water, heating, and internet (July 2024).
2-room residences – 34-46 square meters. 4,160-5,624 DKK per month, including water, heating, and internet (July 2024).
Deposit: The deposit amounts to three months’ rent (July 2024).
