Right now, there are studios and apartments available for one or two people, with move-in from July to September 2026. Rent starts at DKK 9,500/month and goes up to DKK 19,500/month, and the homes range from 32 to 93 m². Options include Small but Mighty Studio (32 m², DKK 9,500/month), Modern Medium Studio (34 m², DKK 11,500/month), Big and Bold Studio (36 m², DKK 13,000/month), The Giant Studio (41 m², DKK 14,500/month), Modern Medium Apartment (1 bed) (56 m², DKK 16,000/month), Big and Bold Apartment (86 m², DKK 17,500/month) and The Giant Apartment (2 bed) (93 m², DKK 19,500/month).
Space for both focus and community
The shared facilities are something special: study rooms, gaming, lounge areas, fitness, a yoga room and shared kitchens. You can also book a private dining room for events, and residents have access to media rooms, games rooms, event spaces, roof terraces and a 24/7 gym at no extra cost. It’s easy to be both focused and social here.
Location
Just five minutes from the metro and right by the university, this is a great location for many students. The metro makes it easy to get around the city, and several campuses are also within biking distance.
