Papirøen consists of several newly built architect-designed buildings, featuring everything from family homes to luxury apartments and co-living communities. Among them are 21 youth housing units with private kitchens and bathrooms. There are both 1-room and 2-room youth apartments, which share a building with family homes and a co-living community. The apartments are newly constructed and expected to be ready for move-in by March 2024. The apartments are 40–50 square meters big.

Rent
Rent ranges from 4,745 – 5,379 DKK/month (as of April 2025).
A deposit between 27,000 and 32,000 DKK is required upon move-in.
