Grunwalds Have is a modern, newly built housing complex from 2024, located centrally in Østerbro — right behind the Østre Gasværk Theatre. Here you will find 223 youth apartments, of which 56 are public housing units, and three are specially designed for wheelchair users.
The apartments are bright and functional, each equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, built-in oven, and two hotplates. Additionally, all residents have access to their own storage room in the basement. The building is completely smoke-free, and pets are not allowed, creating a healthy and peaceful living environment.
