Rent starts at DKK 5,862 per month, plus a monthly utility prepayment of DKK 580 (November 2025) for electricity, water, and heating. It is possible to apply for housing support, which can help reduce your monthly rent depending on your income and the apartment type.
There are currently 9 available rooms that can be taken over from January 1, 2025.
