The apartments have a separate kitchen, while the rooms share a kitchen with a few other residents. The units have fast internet, so you can study and stream without any issues.

Apartments and rent
Rent for the rooms starts at around DKK 3,635/month, and for the apartments, it is about DKK 5,857/month, both including heating, water, electricity, internet, and a TV package. Housing benefits can be applied for to reduce monthly costs. The accommodations are ready for immediate move-in.

Common facilities and the area
The housing offers shared facilities such as a gym, music room, laundry, bar, and bike sheds. There is also the possibility to borrow canoes and tools, and keep pets with neighbors’ approval. The area is green and quiet with easy access to public transport.
