The Apartments
The housing complex consists of 188 apartments spread over five floors, with a rooftop terrace at the top. The apartments have one or two rooms and a French balcony that provides plenty of natural light. All apartments also have a private bathroom and kitchen.
Although each apartment has its own kitchen, the complex is equipped with two shared kitchens and common rooms on each floor, encouraging community and social interaction. Additionally, the complex offers many shared facilities, including lounge and work areas, common rooms, yoga and fitness rooms, as well as laundry facilities.
The complex is centrally located in Frederiksberg, within walking distance to Frederiksberg Gardens, Frederiksberg Centret, and Copenhagen Business School. A metro station is also just a few hundred meters away.
There are available 1-room apartments starting from 27 square meters with a rent from DKK 8,700/month, and 2-room apartments starting from 36 square meters with a rent from DKK 12,200/month. The residences are available for move-in from December onwards. (December 2025)
Since all the apartments have their own kitchen, it is possible to apply for housing benefits, which can help reduce the rental costs.

To be considered for an apartment, you must be categorized as a student, recent graduate, or young professional.
