These student apartments are located in Frederiksberg, and there are currently 23 homes available.
The apartments
The housing complex has 188 apartments spread across five floors, with a rooftop terrace at the top. The apartments come in one- or two-room layouts and include a French balcony that brings in plenty of natural light. All apartments also have their own bathroom and kitchen.
Although each apartment has a private kitchen, the complex also offers two shared kitchens and common living areas on every floor, creating good conditions for community and social life. Residents also have access to lounge and study areas, shared facilities, yoga and fitness rooms, and a laundry room, and social activities are arranged on an ongoing basis.
The property is centrally located in Frederiksberg, within walking distance of Frederiksberg Gardens, Frederiksberg Centret, and Copenhagen Business School. A metro station is also just a few hundred metres away.
There are available one-room apartments from 27 m² and two-room apartments from 32 m². Overall, the homes range from 27-32 m², with monthly rent from DKK 8,800 up to DKK 9,250. At the moment, there are 22 one-room apartments available from DKK 8,800 per month and 1 two-room apartment.
Move-in is available from 1 July 2026, with additional move-in dates on 1 August 2026 and 1 September 2026. Because all apartments have their own kitchen, you may be eligible for housing benefit, which can help reduce your monthly housing costs.
