Available apartments
There are currently 62 apartments available: 58 one-room apartments and 4 two-room apartments, ranging from 33-53 m². Monthly rent starts at DKK 10,300 and goes up to DKK 11,900, with move-in from 15 June 2026 and further dates through to 1 September 2026.
Facilities
The shared facilities include lounge and work areas, fitness facilities, a laundry area, café spaces, and large communal kitchens. The idea is simple: Sleep in your apartment – live in the building!
Alongside the shared amenities, you also get a modern apartment with specially designed multifunctional furniture. The interiors follow a timeless Nordic style, with smart space-saving solutions that make the most of every square meter. Everything has been carefully considered, from colours and materials to storage, to optimise both the look and functionality of the home. There is also access to an elevator, bike parking, parking, shared laundry facilities, and storage options.
The apartments
All apartments have a private balcony and are partially furnished with flexible furniture solutions, such as an integrated wardrobe, under-bed storage, and a fold-out table, so the space can adapt to your needs.
