Falkoner Kollegiet has existed since 2006 and is a relatively modern dormitory located in the center of Frederiksberg. There are a total of 114 student apartments in the dormitory, ten of which have two rooms. There are several different rooms, with the smallest being 34 square meters and the largest being 48 square meters.

The rent ranges from 4.540,58 to 5.995,53DKK per month (July 2024), including water, heating, internet, antenna fee, and resident association membership fee. Electricity is paid directly to the utility company.
