Falkoner Kollegiet has existed since 2006 and is a relatively modern dormitory located in the center of Frederiksberg. There are a total of 114 student apartments in the dormitory, ten of which have two rooms. There are several different rooms, with the smallest being 34 square meters and the largest being 48 square meters.

Rent

The rent ranges from 4.540,58 to 5.995,53 DKK per month (July 2024), including water, heating, internet, antenna fee, and resident association membership fee. Electricity is paid directly to the utility company.
Housing support aid  can be applied for, for all apartments.

 

Deposit:
The deposit ranges from 11.442-16.150 DKK (July, 2026).
Prepaid rent ranges from 11.442-16.150 DKK (July, 2026).

Additionally, the first month’s rent must be paid in advance.

Total amount due before move-in, depending on room type:
DKK 27,464–38,594 (July 2026)
