Kildehuskollegiet is located in central Roskilde, close to the pedestrian street and only one kilometer from Roskilde Station, which provides connections to Copenhagen Central Station. The dormitory consists of 42 rooms, each with a private bathroom.
Rent
The monthly rent ranges from 3,906 to 4,575 DKK (July 2025). Heating, water, and electricity are included in the rent.
Housing benefits cannot be applied for.
Deposit/payment: The deposit is equivalent to 3 months’ net rent, ranging from 11,718 to 13,725 DKK (July 2025).
