Støberiet is located in Teglholmen in the southern harbor of Copenhagen, which is a newly renovated urban area situated on a peninsula overlooking Copenhagen harbor. Støberiet is housed in one of B&W’s old buildings and consists of five floors with a total of 225 residences for young students.
There are 222 single-room residences ranging from 34 to 93 square meters, and only 3 two-room residences measuring 50 square meters each. Many of the residences feature a loft or an additional floor. Over half of the residences have a balcony or French balcony, and several offer views of Copenhagen harbor. All residences have a private bathroom (with a shower) and a kitchen.
