Sølvgade Dormitory is a newly established dormitory that opened in August 2016. It has served as DSB’s headquarters for 84 years and before that as a barracks. It is an impressive 18th century Copenhagen property located right in the center of Copenhagen. The property contains 463 student housing apartments spread over five floors. Student apartments are between 35 and 58 square meters, some of which are shared apartments. A Twin Room is occupied by two people of either the same gender or mixed gender. There are also 11 accessible rooms.
All rooms are fully furnished and include a private bathroom.

The rent varies between DKK 7.500-8.500, depending on the type of home + 550 kr. for utility (June, 2026).
