There are currently 3 studios available at this creative dormitory, offering attractive rooms, plenty of great facilities, and immediate move-in.
Open Viewing
You can join the regular open viewings every Thursday at 3:30 PM and Sunday at 1:00 PM.
This dormitory is set up to encourage a social and creative everyday life. Residents can explore their creative sides together in the many on-site workshops, including sewing, carpentry, metalwork, bike repair, leatherwork, ceramics, painting, and electronics.
There is also billiards, darts, table football, and table tennis for anyone in the mood for a game – maybe even with a small friendly wager. The winner can celebrate with a beer or coffee from the dormitory’s café & bar.
The Rooms
The dorm offers different studio and room types that vary in size and price.
You can choose between studios and rooms ranging from 20–40 m2, with monthly rent from DKK 6,400 to DKK 9,200 depending on the size and whether the unit is for one or two people. All homes are fully furnished and ready for move-in now.
All studios and rooms come fully furnished, so you only need to add the personal details that make the space feel like home. Every unit has a private bathroom and its own kitchen or kitchenette, which means you may be eligible to apply for housing benefit. As a resident, you also get access to shared facilities such as a fitness room, rooftop terrace, creative workshops, cozy lounge areas, and communal kitchens.
Location
The dormitory is located close to both forest and lake. It is also near the nearest train station, making it easy to get around quickly.
