Student Housing in Copenhagen K

Imagine living right next to King’s Garden and only a few hundred metres from the Lakes that link Nørrebro with the city centre. Both areas are known for their youthful atmosphere, where good music, great company and a couple of beers set the tone for long, bright summer evenings.

If that sounds like a good fit for you, there is good news: student housing is currently available at this dormitory, with a location that gives you easy access to summer nights in and around King’s Garden.

Because the homes come in several different sizes, there is a good chance you can find one that suits your needs. You simply need to be at least 18 years old and enrolled in an educational programme in Denmark.

The residences

Monthly rent is between DKK 7,500 and DKK 8,000, excluding electricity, water and heating. The homes are typically 33-45 m². You may also be eligible to apply for housing benefit.

Each residence has its own bathroom, and all homes also include a private kitchenette with a sink, stove, mini fridge and cupboard space. Residents also have access to shared facilities such as laundry, bicycle parking, and common lounge and study rooms.

The dormitory is located just a few minutes from Nørreport Station and Strøget, giving it a highly central and attractive location in inner Copenhagen.

Application

All full-time students aged 18 or older who have been admitted to a Danish educational institution can apply.
