There are currently available homes on Østerbro. Located in the heart of the district, close to Fælledparken, this is a great base for exploring the city’s restaurants, shops and cultural offerings. You are also not far from the waterfront, where you can enjoy fresh air and wide-open views.
About the homes
There are four different housing types in this property. All of them come as an all-inclusive package: the rooms are fully furnished, and the rent covers electricity, heating and water. It is also possible to order cleaning as an extra service. Every home has a private bathroom and kitchenette, which means you may be able to apply for housing benefit. You also get access to shared facilities such as a lounge area, laundry room and communal kitchen. Rent starts at DKK 8,200 per month and goes up to DKK 10,500 per month. The homes range from 32-176 m2. You can see the specific housing types on the next page.
Application
If you are a student, recent graduate or young professional, you may be eligible for one of these homes. However, you must not be registered with RKI. Click through to the next page to learn more about the homes and how to apply.
