This student residence on Nørrebro offers a great opportunity to make your study years truly unforgettable.
Starting on August 1, 2026 and September 1, 2026, you could be one of the lucky residents to receive the keys to a dorm room and become part of a vibrant community filled with parties, social events, and memorable moments.
With its central location on Nørrebro, the residence provides easy access to everything Copenhagen has to offer. It’s also well known for its strong social atmosphere, with plenty of great parties and cozy get-togethers.
Available Rooms
Both 1-room and 2-room units are currently available. The available homes are between 23 and 66 square meters, with monthly rent ranging from DKK 5,572.40 to DKK 5,682.65.
In addition, there is a monthly multimedia package fee of DKK 159 and a resident contribution of DKK 100. Upon move-in, a deposit equal to three months’ rent is required, plus payment of the first month’s rent in advance.
About the Residence
Located in the heart of Nørrebro, just 5 minutes by bike from Nørreport Station and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars, this residence offers more than just a place to live. It’s a social hub with dinner clubs, regular events, and fun parties.
The residence includes a total of 47 rooms, 14 of which are designed for two people.
How to Apply
You must be enrolled at the University of Copenhagen to be eligible. The application deadline is July 10, 2026, and new residents are admitted on an ongoing basis to the available rooms, so keep an eye out for upcoming opportunities.
