The residence was established in 1994, but the building itself dates back to 1952. The residence was expanded from three to six buildings in 1996. The building underwent renovation in 2011. There are a total of 148 apartments, consisting of 108 one-room apartments (39 square meters gross), 36 one-and-a-half-room apartments (49 square meters gross), and four two-room apartments (59 square meters gross). All apartments have their own kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Each apartment is also assigned either a basement or attic storage space.

– The rent for one-room apartments (Type 1) and one-and-a-half-room apartments (Type 8) ranges from 4.174-5.267 DKK per month, including maintenance (July 2024).
– The rent for two-room apartments (Type 11) ranges from 5.807-5.817 DKK per month (July 2024).
