The residence was established in 1994, but the building itself dates back to 1952. The residence was expanded from three to six buildings in 1996. The building underwent renovation in 2011. There are a total of 148 apartments, consisting of 144 one-room apartments (39 square meters gross) and four two-room apartments (59 square meters gross). All apartments have their own kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Each apartment is also assigned either a basement or attic storage space.

Rent

– The rent for one-room apartments ranges from 4,194-5,282  DKK per month, including maintenance (July 2025).
– The rent for two-room apartments ranges from 5,835 DKK per month (July 2025).

Deposit:
One-room apartments: 12.582-15.846 DKK (July 2025).
Two-room apartments: 17.505 DKK (July 2025).
