The dormitory was built in 2009 and consists of 119 rooms. The rooms range from 28.2 to 35.8 square meters and include:
- Private bathroom
- Kitchenette with hood, freezer, refrigerator, cabinets, and hotplate
- Door phone
- Some rooms have a balcony
There are accessible rooms at Flintholm Kollegiet.
Rent
Rent ranges from 4,867 to 5,750 DKK per month, depending on the room type. The rent includes water, heating, electricity, resident association fee, internet, and LLO fee (June 2023).
Housing support can be applied for all types of accommodation.
Deposit:
The deposit ranges from 12,392 to 12,392 DKK (March 2020).
Prepaid rent ranges from 14,547 to 14,547 DKK (March 2020).
In addition, the first month’s rent must be paid.
