Lærkevej was completed in 2016 and consists of 79 one-room apartments located close to Nørrebro Station. The apartments range in size from 35 to 47 square meters and include a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Most apartments are equipped with a balcony or a French balcony, providing ample light and fresh air. Each apartment has an associated storage space. Parking spaces are available for rent at the building for 400 DKK per month.

Four apartments are designed as accessible housing units.

Rent

Starting from 6,626 DKK per month excluding utilities (approximately 450 DKK, paid monthly on account) depending on the size of the apartment (July 2024).
Deposit: The deposit corresponds to 3 months’ rent, and an additional 3 months’ rent is payable (June 2022).
