In the charming Bird District (Fuglekvarteret) in Copenhagen NV, modern 1-room apartments are available, ideal for students, young couples, or anyone looking to live alone.

The Apartments
The homes are bright and modern, with large windows, a private kitchen and bathroom, and access to basement storage. The kitchens come equipped with white goods, including a fridge, freezer, oven, and hob. Shared laundry facilities are located in the basement. Monthly rent starts at DKK 10,800 and goes up to DKK 11,100, and the apartments are 36 m2.

There are currently 3 apartments available, all one-room units of 36 m2 at DKK 10,800, DKK 10,900, and DKK 11,100 respectively. The first move-in date is 15 June 2026, with additional move-in options on 1 July, 15 July, 1 August, and 1 September 2026.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Parking
It is possible to rent a parking space, so you can have a space close to your home.

Common Areas
The property has a cosy shared courtyard as well as shared balconies and common rooms with kitchen and lounge areas, creating a pleasant setting for both community and relaxation.

The Area
Fuglekvarteret is known for its lively and diverse city atmosphere, just 4 km from central Copenhagen. The location is ideal for students, with educational institutions within easy cycling distance. With the station nearby, you have easy access to S-trains, the metro, and city buses. If you prefer to bike, the city centre can be reached in just 15 minutes. Living here offers a great combination of city life, proximity to places of study, and easy transport connections.

Those interested in applying for one of the available apartments can also arrange a viewing. There will also be an open house on 3 June 2026 where interested parties can take a closer look at the apartments.
