The kitchens come equipped with white goods, including a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, and dishwasher. Each home has its own washer-dryer or access to laundry facilities. Monthly rent starts at DKK 5,600 and goes up to DKK 21,995, and the homes are 34-130 m2.
There are currently 11 homes available, consisting of 3 one-room units, 2 two-room units, 2 three-room units and 4 four-room units, with rent ranging from DKK 5,600 to DKK 21,995 per month. The first move-in date is 1 July 2026, with additional move-in options on 1 August, 1 September and 1 October 2026.
The homes are typically laid out over several floors, with an open-plan kitchen and living area, bathroom and well-arranged bedrooms. Many homes have a private terrace or small garden as well as storage space in a shed or storage room.
Pets
As a general rule, pets are not permitted, but it is possible to apply for permission subject to specific rules.
Parking
It is possible to rent a parking space, so a space is always available close to the home.
