Available apartments from August 1, 2026
Imagine waking up in your new student apartment in Amager, grabbing a cup of coffee in the building’s café, and then heading to the gym – all under the same roof. If you need to get into the city, DR Byen metro station is only 850 metres away, and cycling will get you to central Copenhagen in under 15 minutes.

Nature and city life within easy reach
If you need some fresh air, Amager Fælled is close by with green surroundings and wildlife. You can also take a walk along the waterfront at Islands Brygge or Copenhagen Harbour. When you get home, a relaxing evening awaits in the building’s private cinema.

Functional and furnished apartments
The student apartments are fully furnished and come with a private bathroom and kitchenette, ranging from 26 to 39 m². Rent is DKK 7,795-11,595 per month (excluding utilities), and you may be eligible for housing benefits. Some apartments are suitable for couples. The first available apartments can be taken over from August 1, 2026, with move-in opportunities in August, September and October 2026 as well as January and February 2027.

Top-class shared facilities
You will have access to a café, communal kitchens, study rooms, a library, fitness facilities, a gaming area, a private cinema, laundry facilities, and high-speed internet. There is always something to do here – without needing to leave the building.
