Valbygårdsvej consists of 40 student residences spread over two floors, with a total of 20 units on each floor. Additionally, there are six toilets and six bathrooms on each floor. Each floor also features a communal kitchen with three refrigerators and cooking facilities.

The rooms are approximately 13 square meters in size. Room 215, unlike the other rooms, has its own toilet and bathroom. As there are spacious communal areas, the residence encourages residents to participate socially and contribute to shared cleaning and kitchen maintenance.

Rent

The monthly rent for a 13-square-meter 1-room apartment is between 4,431 – 4,743 kr, including water, heating, and electricity (May 2023).
The deposit is 3 months’ net rent (May 2023).
