This student residence opened in 2018 and has a total of 47 homes for young people in education. The building offers one-room apartments, so it is possible to live on your own in a bright and welcoming home.
All apartments have a private bathroom and kitchen. There is also a shared laundry room, a communal rooftop terrace and a cozy shared courtyard.
The residence is located in Nørrebro, close to a vibrant urban area and surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, cafés and shops. Green recreational areas are also nearby and are popular places for a walk. Public transport options include both bus and metro, and Copenhagen city centre is within cycling distance.
Available units
Right now, there are 5 available one-room apartments. Rent starts at DKK 6,268/month excluding utilities and goes up to DKK 9,817/month excluding utilities. The available apartments are approximately 28-55 m2, split between five one-room homes of 28, 40, 45, 46 and 55 m2. It is possible to apply for housing benefit for all of the apartments.
Application requirements
To be considered for a home, you must be an active student and be looking for a minimum rental period of one year. Two people may live in apartments of 40 m2 or more, as long as at least one of the tenants is an active student.
