Rent
Rent starts at approx. DKK 9,200 per month + utilities (November 2025). Since all apartments have a private kitchen, it is possible to apply for housing benefits. The apartments are available for move-in from November onwards.

Location
With the metro just a few minutes’ walk away, you have easy access to the rest of Copenhagen as well as direct connections to buses, regional trains, and S-trains. The neighborhood offers a lively atmosphere with restaurants, bars, and shops, while also being close to green spaces like Nørrebroparken and Fælledparken.
