Tingbjerg Kollegiet has 270 apartments spread across two buildings and three floors, with 18 communal kitchens. The dormitory was built in 1972 but underwent extensive renovation in spring 2013, including modernization of the communal kitchens.

The one-room apartments are 29 square meters in size, while the two-room apartments are 58 square meters. The two-room apartments have two rooms, a larger bathroom, and a fully functional kitchen. All apartments include a bathroom, toilet, and access to free internet.
