Ballerup has a great dorm with student homes currently available. These bright apartments range from 36-54 m² and include a private kitchen with a built-in oven, a private bathroom and high-speed internet. There is no waiting list.
The Apartments
Rent starts at 5,250 DKK/month and goes up to 7,500 DKK/month. There are currently 14 one-room apartments available, ranging from 36-54 m², with move-in on selected dates between 1 July and 1 August 2026, including 1 and 15 July and 1 August. These homes may be eligible for Danish housing benefit (boligstøtte), which can help reduce your monthly housing costs.
Common Facilities and the Area
When you step outside your room, you step into a community where facilities such as a movie room, fitness room, shared kitchen and a yoga circle create great opportunities for new friendships.
The building has four floors including the ground floor, with shared areas on every level featuring hangout spots, study spaces, foosball and table tennis. The dorm has a lift, shared lounge areas with direct access to the outdoor spaces, bike parking, access to high-speed internet, and each apartment comes with its own storage room.
The property is close to the town centre, with good shopping, educational institutions and public transport offering quick connections to Copenhagen.
Application
There are one-room apartments available from 36-54 m², and you can sign up free of charge. You can also book a tour of the dorm.
