The Apartments

Rent starts at 5,250 DKK/month and goes up to 7,500 DKK/month. There are currently 12 one-room apartments available, ranging from 36-43 m², with move-in on selected dates between 15 July and 15 November 2026, including 15 July as well as 1 August, 15 August, 1 September, 15 September and 15 November. These homes may be eligible for Danish housing benefit (boligstøtte), which can help reduce your monthly housing costs.

Common Facilities and the Area

When you step outside your room, you step into a community where facilities such as a movie room, fitness room, shared kitchen and a yoga circle create great opportunities for new friendships.

The building has four floors including the ground floor, with shared areas on every level featuring hangout spots, study spaces, foosball and table tennis.
