The Apartments
Rent starts from 5.450 DKK/month, plus utilities (December 2025).
There are currently 5 rooms available. The rooms are available from 1 March 2025 onwards. Housing benefits can be applied for, which may help reduce the rent costs.
Common Facilities and the Area
When you step out of your room, you enter a community where facilities such as a movie room, fitness room, communal kitchen, and a yoga circle create great opportunities for making new friends.
The building consists of four floors including the ground floor, with common areas on each floor featuring “hang out spots,” study environments, foosball, and table tennis.
The dormitory is close to the town center with Ballerup Center, DTU Ballerup, and Ballerup Station nearby, where several S-train lines can take you to Copenhagen in just 25 minutes.
Application
There are several available leases for 36 square meter apartments, and you can register for free. It is also possible to book a tour of the dormitory.
