The popular concept of modular housing for students has now been expanded with another exciting location in one of the capital’s most attractive neighborhoods. Here, modern and functional student apartments are being built, designed to support both community and privacy.
A perfect balance between city life and nature
The apartments are located in an area offering the best of both worlds: green surroundings, sports facilities, and public transport nearby. The city’s cafés, restaurants, and cultural life are close at hand, all within a relaxed atmosphere. The housing concept promotes community with shared entrances and bathrooms in small groups, as well as common areas and clubs where residents can meet and engage in social activities.
Modular homes with privacy
The modern apartments offer both privacy and social interaction. Each resident has their own room with a small kitchen, while the bathroom is shared with one other person. Additionally, there is access to shared facilities such as laundry and green outdoor areas where residents can enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Rent and finances
Rent for a private unit including electricity, water, and heating is approximately 6,065 DKK per month. Danish and EU students can apply for housing benefits, which may reduce the rent to between 5,205 and 5,265 DKK per month depending on individual circumstances. The gross size of the units is about 22.5 m2.
Upon moving in, a deposit equivalent to three months’ rent and one month’s prepaid rent must be paid.
Apply now
To be eligible to apply for a unit, you must be enrolled in an SU-eligible or another approved education program. Additionally, you must be under 30 years old. Learn more about the application process and become part of a new and exciting student community!
