The 262 new student residences at Telegrafkollegiet are expected to be ready for move-in in October 2020. Located in Ballerup, the dormitory is particularly relevant for students at DTU, but its good transportation options make it attractive for students throughout the Copenhagen area.
Housing
The student residences at Telegrafkollegiet range from 36-54 square meters and are spread across four floors. The new accommodations are modernly furnished, with ample natural light from large window modules.
Each residence has its own kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. In addition, all residents are allocated two storage rooms, one of which is located right outside the residence, while a slightly larger storage room is located in the basement.
Rent
The rent starts at 4,895 DKK per month, and it is possible to apply for housing support. (July 2024)
