Birkerød Kollegiet consists of 42 apartments with two rooms. The apartments range from 59 to 60 square meters and include a bathroom, toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchens were renovated in 2001-2002 and feature a stove, hood, refrigerator, a small freezer, and a range of cabinets. There are four built-in closets in the entrance. Each apartment has its own storage shelf in the basement. The apartments can only be applied for by a couple or an adult and a child.
Six apartments are located on the ground floor, which have direct access to their own garden. On the other floors, there are 12 apartments on each floor.
Cats are allowed.
Rent
6,696-7,450 DKK/month including water, antenna, and internet, while heating and electricity are paid as a deposit (June 2022).
Deposit:
