Kongovej 24 A-E is located in Amager, not far from Amagerbrogade and Amager Strandpark. The building consists of a total of 31 youth apartments, all reserved for young individuals in education. Each apartment is equipped with its own kitchen and toilet, and residents also have access to a shared laundry room. Out of the 31 youth apartments, 26 are 1-room apartments, while the remaining five are 2-room apartments. Kongovej 24 also features a lovely garden with tables, benches, and a grill, perfect for outdoor relaxation.

Please note that children and pets are not allowed at Kongovej 24 A-E.

Rent

  • 1-room apartment: Rent ranges from DKK 3,791 to DKK 5,813 per month (July 2024) for a 1-room apartment measuring between 31-45 square meters.
  • 2-room apartment: Rent ranges from DKK 5,793 to DKK 6,305 per month (July 2024) for a 2-room apartment measuring between 44-50 square meters.
