Nordre Fasanvej Dormitory contains 63 dormitory apartments spread across four floors. Some of the apartments have a private balcony overlooking the dormitory’s backyard, while the apartments facing Nordre Fasanvej have French balconies. All units are approximately 22 square meters and include a private bathroom and a kitchenette. If you are an exchange student, your dormitory apartment will be furnished with a bed, table, lamp, wardrobe, towels, pillows, and bed linen.
Rent
Approximately 8,400 to 8,500 DKK/month depending on the dormitory apartment, including utilities (June 2025). Rent is paid quarterly instead of monthly.
You can apply for housing benefits as the dormitory apartments include a kitchenette.
