These apartments are located in the former TV City, offering a unique blend of nature and city life. You’ll live close to green spaces like Utterslev Mose – perfect for walks or jogs. Even though you’re surrounded by nature, Copenhagen is just a short bike ride away.
The apartments
The residence offers apartments ranging from around 35–79 m² as both one-room and three-room units, with some featuring a spacious 4.5 m² loft area. All apartments include a modern kitchen with a combination oven, fridge/freezer, and ceramic cooktop, as well as a spacious bathroom with a separate shower area. Shared facilities include a fitness room, reading room, lounge areas and a shared kitchen in the basement. There is also bicycle and car parking as well as storage options.
Outside, you’ll find a large green courtyard with zoned areas for relaxing in the sun, outdoor workouts, an open-air cinema, and a performance stage.

There are currently 2 available apartments, with rent between DKK 7,200 and 7,900/month. The apartments are approximately 35–79 m² and include one one-room youth accommodation and one three-room youth accommodation. The specific units are a 1-room apartment of approx. 35 m² at DKK 7,200/month and a 3-room apartment of approx. 79 m² at DKK 7,900/month. Since all units have private kitchens, you can apply for housing support.
