New youth accommodations

These homes are being built in what was once known as TV City, and here you will live close to nature, with places like Utterslev Mose, which invites you to enjoy good walks or runs. Despite being close to green nature, you are still only a bike ride away from Copenhagen.

The Apartments
The dormitory offers apartments ranging in size from 20-30 square meters, and some even have spacious lofts of 4.5 square meters! In all apartments, there is a beautiful kitchen with a combination oven, fridge-freezer, and ceramic hobs, as well as a luxurious and spacious bathroom with a separate shower area.

The communal facilities have also been carefully designed, with a fitness room, climbing wall, and study room. Additionally, there is a communal kitchen where you can challenge your fellow residents to a game of table tennis, or perhaps you’re more tempted by an arcade game or a session on the climbing wall?
There is also a large green atrium courtyard with designated green zones, allowing you to relax and enjoy the sun or use the outdoor fitness area. The courtyard also features an outdoor cinema and a stage area.

The available apartments range in price from 5,950 DKK/month, and as all units have kitchens, housing support can be applied for.

Application & Open House
There are currently several available apartments, and you can apply through the landlord’s website or in connection with attending a viewing.
Open House events are regularly held for applicants to visit and see the available apartments.
