These 136 modern student apartments are located in cosy Vanløse, close to great shopping options and with their own metro station, making it easy to get to central Copenhagen.
The Apartments
Each apartment has a private bathroom and kitchenette. The homes are bright and nicely designed, with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light.
There are currently 13 apartments available, with monthly rent ranging from DKK 8,800 to DKK 9,450. The available student homes are all 1-room apartments and range from 30 to 36 m².
Shared Facilities
Residents have access to common rooms and shared kitchens, making it easy to spend time together. There is also a smart concierge system for sending and receiving mail and parcels, as well as a secure entry system so only authorised people can access the building. In addition, the property offers a shared laundry with dryers, a rooftop terrace, and regular social activities and community events.
Application and Open House
The landlord also has other properties, including in other parts of the city, where you can join the waiting list or book directly when vacancies are available. An open house will be held on 19.07.2026 from 10:00 to 10:30, and the available apartments are ready for move-in from 01.08.2026, 01.09.2026, 15.09.2026 and 01.10.2026.
