These 136 modern student apartments are located in the cozy Vanløse, close to great shopping opportunities and a metro station that quickly transports you to, for example, central Copenhagen.
The Apartments
Here you get your own bathroom and kitchenette, and the apartments are designed to be bright and stylish, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Currently, there are 11 available apartments with rent prices starting from 8,800 DKK a month and going up to 9,000 DKK a month. The available student apartments are between 30 and 32 square meters in size and are all 1-room units.
Shared Facilities
There are common rooms and shared kitchens, so residents can relax together, and there is also a smart concierge system where mail and packages can be sent/received, along with a secure access system to ensure that only authorized individuals can enter the building. Additionally, there is a communal laundry with dryers, a rooftop terrace, and regular social activities and community events.
Application and Open House
The landlord also has other locations in other districts, where it is possible to sign up or book directly if there are available apartments. There is an open house on 24.06.2026 from 15:30-16:00, and the available apartments are ready for move-in from 01.07.2026, 01.08.2026, 01.09.2026 and 01.10.2026.
