Rigensgade Dormitory consists of two floors in an apartment complex. The dormitory accommodates 20 residents, with 10 people on each floor. Each floor shares a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two toilets. Room sizes range from 12 to 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV, while the common living room TV receives most channels offered by YouSee.

Rent

The monthly rent ranges from DKK 2,400 to DKK 3,400 (as of June 2025). Internet costs an additional DKK 40/month (June 2025).
