Det Nye Emdrupborg Kollegium was built in 2008 and consists of 111 dormitory apartments spread across three four-story buildings. All apartment types have their own bathroom, toilet, and kitchenette. The dormitory apartments range in size from 36 to 37 square meters (net). In addition, there is access to a communal kitchen on each floor.
Rent
The rooms range in size from 39 to 49 square meters, and therefore the rent varies between 4,496 and 5,565 DKK/month including electricity, heating, water, and internet (July 2024).
It is possible to apply for larger accommodations for all dormitory apartments.
Deposit:
One-room apartment: starting from 11,079 DKK, first month’s rent from 4,453 DKK (April 2021).
Two-room apartment: 13,722 DKK (March 2020) and first month’s rent of 5,512 DKK (April 2021).
