Hjortespringkollegiet is a self-owned institution that handles applications and allocation of rooms itself. The dormitory has a total of 308 rooms. The rooms include a bathroom, a closet, a living room, and a private balcony. The rooms are 23 square meters in size, including the 5-square-meter balcony.

The dormitory has a caretaker who handles practical matters on the premises, such as small and large repairs, while there is a gardener for the outdoor areas of Hjortespringkollegiet. Corridors, basement, common kitchens, elevators, and staircases are cleaned by a cleaning company.

It is allowed to keep fish and birds, but not other pets.

Rent at Hjortespringkollegiet

The rent at Hjortespringkollegiet is 2,500 DKK/month including water, heating, electricity, and internet (June 2023).

Deposit: 7,331 DKK (Feb 2021).
