About the apartments
Choose between 1- or 2-room apartments ranging from 30–35 m², each with its own kitchen, bathroom, and smart tiny-living solutions. Some apartments feature a private terrace, and all residents have access to shared facilities such as a rooftop terrace, shared kitchens, laundry room, bicycle parking, and an elevator.
Rent and support
Rent starts from DKK 8,795/month for a 1-room apartment of 32 m². Housing benefits may be available.
There are currently 28 one-room apartments available. The residences can be taken over from February onwards. (January 2026)

Open house:
Open house is held every Tuesday from 11:30–12:00 and every Sunday from 15:00–15:30.
