The homes are 1-room apartments of around 30–33 m², each with a private kitchen, bathroom, and smart tiny living solutions. Some also include a private terrace, and residents have access to shared facilities such as a rooftop terrace, communal kitchen, laundry room, bicycle parking, and a lift.

Rent and housing support

Monthly rent is DKK 8,300–8,600 for 1-room apartments of around 30–33 m². You may be eligible to apply for housing benefit. There are currently 22 1-room apartments available.
