Filmlageret

Filmlageret is a newly renovated project, fully completed in 2020. The building contains a total of 37 student apartments, varying in size from 34 to 44 square meters. Each apartment has its own bathroom with toilet and shower, but there are no private kitchens.

However, there are three lovely shared kitchens where you’ll have the chance to meet many of the other young students in the building. In addition, Filmlageret offers a wide range of communal areas, including a cinema, a shared rooftop terrace, and a cozy green courtyard that encourages social interaction among residents. In other words, Filmlageret is perfect for those who truly value community.

Rent starts at DKK 5,500/month excluding utilities for a one-room student apartment (as of July 2024).
