Rådmandsbo consists of five student apartments located among 44 other rental units. The apartments are for young people in education, with four of them being 1-room apartments and the remaining one being a 2-room apartment. All 1-room apartments are 37 square meters and have their own kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The 2-room apartment is 53 square meters and also has its own kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. In addition to this, the building has a communal laundry room, a bicycle cellar, and a common room where residents can meet with others in the building.

Rent

The rent for a 1-room student apartment of 34 square meters is 5,500 DKK/month (July 2024).
The rent for a 2-room student apartment of 40 square meters is 6,500 DKK/month (July 2024).

Housing subsidy can be applied for these accommodations.

The deposit depends on the size of the apartment.
