The Apartments
All apartments in this building are 1-room residences ranging from 35 to 48 square meters. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, and it is possible to apply for housing subsidies as the apartments have their own kitchen facilities.
Access to the apartments is through the charming courtyard and balconies, and each apartment has either a French balcony or a small terrace.
Additionally, each apartment comes with a storage room, and there is a laundry facility in the basement that residents can use.

Currently, there are available 1-room apartments with an area of 35 square meters, with a monthly rent starting from 7,750 DKK. The apartments are ready for move-in as soon as possible or on September 1st.
