In Valby, you’ll find 125 modern one-room youth apartments, and 28 of them are now available.

About the apartments

The apartments range from 31–38 m² and each comes with a private bathroom, mini kitchen, and storage room. Residents also have access to a shared kitchen, common rooms, and a laundry room with both washing machines and tumble dryers. Communal dinners and social activities are arranged regularly in the building.

Rent starts at DKK 8,800 per month and goes up to DKK 9,400 per month. The homes are ready for takeover from 1 July 2026, with move-in dates on 1 July, 1 August, and 1 September 2026.

Great location in Valby

You’ll be living close to shops, the specialty stores on Valby Langgade, and Spinderiet. Three S-train stations are within walking distance, and both Kødbyen and Søndermarken are within easy cycling distance. Valby also offers a cinema, theatre, and a water culture centre.

Rent starts from DKK 8,000/month (June 2025) – the apartments are available for move-in from July, August, September, and October.

Great Location in Valby
You’ll live close to grocery stores, the specialty shops on Valby Langgade, and the Spinderiet shopping center. There are three S-train stations within walking distance and bike distance to both the Meatpacking District and Søndermarken. Valby also offers a cinema, theater, and water culture house.
