In Valby, you’ll find 125 modern one-room youth apartments – currently, 1 apartment is available for move-in on July 1st, while the remaining 4 can be taken over throughout the year.
Open house is held every Tuesday until all units are rented.
About the Housing
The apartments range from 29–45 m² and include a private bathroom, mini kitchen, and storage room. As a resident, you also have access to a shared kitchen, common room, and laundry facilities with washers and dryers.
Rent starts at DKK 8,000/month (as of June 2025), and some units can be taken over immediately.
Great Location in Valby
You’ll live close to grocery stores, Valby Langgade’s specialty shops, and the Spinderiet shopping center. Three S-train stations are within walking distance, and you’re just a short bike ride from Kødbyen and Søndermarken. Valby also offers a cinema, theatre, and water culture center.
