These 89 modern youth apartments are located in charming Valby, and there are currently 8 apartments available.
The available homes have rents ranging from DKK 9,500/month to DKK 13,000/month. It is possible to apply for housing support. The apartments are approx. 29–53 m², and both 1-room and 2-room homes are available.

The Apartments
Each apartment comes with a private bathroom and kitchenette. You can live on your own in one of the 1-room homes, or share one of the spacious 2-room apartments. Several of the 2-room homes are ideal for flatmates, with two separate bedrooms and a shared kitchen-living area. All apartments include private storage. Homes on the 1st to 3rd floors have French balconies, while the ground-floor apartments have direct access to the shared courtyard.

The apartments are approx. 29–53 m². The 2-room homes are a good fit for friends who want to share or couples looking for a bit more space. Right now, there are 3 one-room apartments from DKK 9,500/month and 5 two-room apartments from DKK 13,000/month, with move-in from 1 August and 1 September 2026.

Shared Facilities
The building includes shared laundry facilities and a common room where residents can meet for dinners or relax in the sofa area. There is also a cozy shared courtyard, which the ground-floor apartments can access directly, as well as a shared rooftop terrace with seating.

How to Apply
You can apply for the available apartments by filling in a form on the landlord’s website, where you can also book a viewing.

You can also join the landlord’s interest list. The landlord also has other properties in areas such as Frederiksberg and Vanløse.
