In the attractive Nordvest district, you’ll find these new and modern student apartments that combine privacy with a strong focus on community. Here, you live close to cafés, shopping and public transport – perfectly located between the city’s vibrant life and green surroundings.

Available homes
There are currently 12 available homes, all one-room apartments of 30-38 m² with rent ranging from 10,185 to 11,085 DKK per month. Housing benefits can be applied for, reducing your monthly expenses. The apartments are available for move-in on July 1, August 1 or September 1, 2026.

The apartments
The homes are designed to make optimal use of space, offering a loft that provides extra room and a flexible separation between living and sleeping area, as well as your own kitchen and a private bathroom and toilet. Several units have access to a balcony or terrace, and the building itself is designed with both privacy and opportunities for spontaneous interaction in mind.

Social life is supported by green courtyards, shared spaces, and terraces, including a large rooftop terrace. On the ground floor, you’ll find everyday conveniences that make it easy to meet informally, while preserved trees and green outdoor areas add a pleasant, natural atmosphere.
