The Apartments
The property consists of 333 one-room apartments, ranging from 31-32 m², each with a private bathroom and modern kitchen facilities such as induction hobs and a fridge-freezer.
Both furnished and unfurnished apartments are available, making it possible to choose the option that best fits individual needs.
All apartments have a French balcony and access to modern shared spaces, including lounge and work areas, communal kitchens, and other shared facilities. Residents also share a laundry room and rooftop terrace, and the building has high-speed internet.
Available Apartments
There are currently 46 available one-room apartments, sized 31-32 m². Monthly rent ranges from DKK 8,950 to DKK 10,300, and all units are eligible for housing benefit.
Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, providing a private space to live, work, and relax.
Application
To apply, open the listing for the apartment of interest and contact the landlord through the contact form. The application process works much like a booking.
