Sømoseparken Kollegium, built in 2006, consists of 100 one-room apartments, out of which six are accessible for people with disabilities. Each apartment has a private bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two hotplates, and a range hood. The apartments range in size from 32 to 50 square meters and can accommodate two people. Each apartment is assigned a storage room in the building.
Rent
The monthly rent ranges from 4.448 and 6.410 DKK depending on the size of the apartment (July 2025). The rent includes water, heating, internet, TV antenna fee, and cleaning of common areas.
Deposit/payment: Upon move-in, a deposit, pre-paid rent, and one month’s advance rent must be paid.
